The 40th District is comprised of Cedar Grove Township, Franklin Lakes Borough, Little Falls Township, Mahwah Township, Midland Park Borough, Oakland Borough, Ridgewood Village, Ringwood Borough, Verona Township, Wanaque Borough, Wayne Township and Wyckoff Township.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3th. Mark it on your calendar today so you can vote for John Agostinelli and Mark Bombace and bring common sense leadership and real world values to the State Legislature for 40th District families.

Vote By Mail / Absentee Ballots

In New Jersey, voting is easier than ever. Click here to apply for an absentee ballot so you can be sure to vote for John Agostinelli and Mark Bombace.

No longer do you need to worry about rushing to the voting booth because you’re tied up at work or stuck in traffic on Election Day. You may apply by mail for an absentee ballot up until Tuesday, October 27 (7 days prior to Election Day) or you may apply in person at your county clerk’s office up until 3:00pm Monday, November 2 (the day before Election Day). You will receive instructions with your absentee ballot, and the actual ballot must be received by your County Board of Elections before close of polls on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3.
